He decided to start his coaching career in order to help individuals achieve their goals, whether that means building muscle, losing body fat, or just getting better at any fitness level. His programs are based on high intensity training that is relative to each individual's unique abilities and focus areas. Orlando's energy is contagious, and he focuses on developing a good relationship with his clients inside and out of the gym.
Tamra is a mom, former gymnast, and has been training for over 10 years. Her clients receive the benefit of both physical training and a custom guided approach to nutrition whether they seek to lose weight, build muscle, or target more specific goals. Tamra brings a fun, motivating atmosphere to each session and ensures her clients are on track both inside and out of the gym.
