Using only your own body weight, Total conditioning focuses on improving cardiovascular health and work capacity as well as gymnastics and calisthenics movements.  This class is designed for those looking to improve cardiovascular health and conditioning or those wanting to master their own body weight.

Barbell Strength focuses on increasing total body muscle mass, strength, and power output through compound movements.  This class is designed for those who like to lift heavy and are looking to move some weight.

Youth training for ages 5 to 14.  Our kids classes focus on improving overall health as well as athletic performance, and is embodied in safe and effective movements designed to target the specific growth and fitness needs of our kids.

Our daily WOD (Workout Of the Day) focuses on all 10 domains of fitness with an emphasis on improving each in equal proportions.  Includes all modalities of training including calisthenics, gymnastics, weight-lifting, olympic weight-lifting, cardiovascular training, etc. using every imaginable piece of equipment.  The end result is more muscle, less fat, and increased work capacity.
